Returns & Free Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and satisfied when shopping with Octipa. That’s why we’ve made our exchange and return process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the sections below to understand our policies and how to proceed if needed.

Free Size Exchange

We offer one free size exchange per order to help you find the right fit. We understand it’s not always easy to choose the right size online, and we’re here to support you.

  • You can request a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item and color only, in a different size.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • This exchange offer is valid only once and only on your first order.
  • If a second exchange is needed, additional fees may apply.

To start the exchange process, simply email our customer service team at contact@octipa.com with your order number and the size you would like to receive.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for tried-on or opened products due to hygiene standards.

If eligible, your return will be processed as a store credit (voucher) for the value of the returned item, excluding shipping fees. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is returned damaged or incomplete.
  • The item is returned after the 30-day period.

For panty packs that have been opened or tried on, we cannot process a return. However, we offer a 50% discount code for your next purchase or a free size exchange (as per our policy).

How to Start an Exchange or Return

  1. Email us at contact@octipa.com with your order number and request.
  2. We’ll validate your request and guide you through the process.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your exchange or voucher accordingly.

Hygiene Guidelines

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we apply strict hygiene standards. Any item that has been worn, washed, or opened cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures the safety and comfort of all our customers.
